Feng Shui Garden Tips: Location

Feng Shui Tips

House Location

This is also not a direct Feng Shui garden. It’s good Feng Shui to know before you choose the house.

There are two ideal factors for excellent Feng Shui. Your house should be “behind the water and in front of the mountain.”

The mountain, or big trees/ small hills nowadays, implies that you have a big and strong support. People in the house feel safe and comfortable. Nothing can attack them from the back. It is an excellent Feng Shui Tips when choosing the location for your house.

Water in front of the house means moving/flow water. In Feng Shui, water flowing represents a flow of energy. It is very auspicious to have stream, clean canal in front of the house to have energy flow around your house.

It's difficult to have natural water resource in front of your house nowaday. So some people create their own water flow in the garden in front of the house. This is one of the main factor to consider to have a good Feng Shui Garden.

Lastly, for a good "Feng Shui Tips", Fountain is encouraged while waterfall is not. The water from waterfall is always flowing down, which is not considered a good direction. It is considered a non-auspicious Feng Shui Garden

Feng Shui Kitchen Tips: Room Position

Kitchen at the front?

-- If the kitchen is located at the front of the hosue it implies that the owner of the house pay so much attention of eating activities. People in this house tend to be overweight and lack of motivation. Imagine, you smell some food immedietly after entering the house, You will feel hungry and, most of the time, you will have to stop by eating something.

Also, putting kitchen at the front of your house is not a good Feng Shui Kitchen because if you have a messy kitchen or you just finish cooking something you would not want your guests to see your kitchen. Unfortunately, it is difficult to hide because it is located at the front.

Therefore, your hosue, or you, might be perceived as a messy house or even messy person.
